The inquiry form collects your name and email address, your organization name if you provide it, the kind of help you are asking about, and any message you choose to submit. It also records your browser-reported timezone and locale for basic scheduling and language context.

You must affirm that Assembly Method may email you about the request before the form is accepted. That consent is used for follow-up on the inquiry, not unrelated marketing.

Use and storage

Accepted submissions are stored in Assembly Method's business intake system. The current intake database is hosted through Supabase, while the website may be hosted or delivered through infrastructure providers used to operate the service.

Information may also be used to prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery failures, maintain operational records, and meet applicable legal or security obligations. Inquiry information is not sold or used as a data-broker product.

Retention and requests

Information is kept while there is a business, operational, security, or legal reason to retain it. Records that are no longer needed may be deleted or anonymized.

To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, use the project inquiry form and identify the message as a privacy request. Enough information may be needed to identify the relevant record.

Security and sharing

Assembly Method uses technical and administrative safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Information may be processed by service providers needed to host or operate the website, database, communications, or security systems, or disclosed when required by law. It is not sold or rented to third parties for their own unrelated use.

Children

This business inquiry site is not directed to children under 13. If Assembly Method learns that personal information from a child under 13 was submitted without appropriate authorization, reasonable steps will be taken to remove it when required.
